CILSA, as ZAL Port’s managing organization, establishes an operating protocol with preventive measures to avert the spread of COVID-19 in the Service Center building in the staggered return to normal activity.

With the aim of preventing infections between users and following the information gathered by different guides from ministries and competent bodies in matters of health and work, CILSA has considered reinforcing all those procedures, both safety and control, as well as cleaning and disinfection, necessary to guarantee the best working conditions for all the center’s users.

The following document contains the operating protocol and preventive actions. The actions that CILSA make to protect users and also those actions you can take are divided in three sections:

  • · New security elements: reinforcement of the security service, thermographic cameras at the entrances to monitor the temperature of the users, availability of sanitizing gel, etc.

  • · Maintenance and cleaning measures: constant ventilation, specific disinfection, periodic reviews of protection means, etc.
  •  
  • · Operation and use measures: limited use of elevators, protocols and alternative access and exit measures to avoid crowds, safety distance of 1.5m, etc.
