CILSA, homologates through Framework Agreement 6 engineer companies for architecture, engineering and design works for the ZAL Port

CILSA, HOMOLOGA MEDIANTE ACUERDO MARCO A INGENIERIAS PARA LOS TRABAJOS DE ARQUITECTURA, INGENIERÍA Y DISEÑO DE LA ZAL PORT

CILSA - company that manages the ZAL Port - within its strategic plan for the completion of all of the logistics development of the ZAL Port and construction of up to 450,000 sqm of logistics infrastructure, which provides for an investment of up to 200 million euros, it is materializing actions that allow to undertake new challenges. 

In recent weeks different commitments have been formalizing, as the one recently held, in which is set a Framework Agreement for the homologation of suppliers for works of architecture, engineering and design for the new developments in the ZAL Port. 

To this end, on February 16 of 2017, CILSA published in its contractor profile, in the BOE (Official Gazette of the State) and in the OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union), the call for the Framework Agreement through a procedure subject to Harmonic Regulation (SARA). For works of architecture, engineering and design of new developments, CILSA has 4 million euros.

The tender received 15 proposals, the following were homologated and formalized the approval on May 12th 2017:

The new logistic infrastructure to be constructed over the next four years in the ZAL Port, depending on the type of warehouse, crossdocking, logistics, e-commerce,... will be top quality, triple A warehouses, which shall adopt energy efficiency measures such as the use of alternative energy sources, improving indoor environmental quality, the efficiency of water use, the sustainable development of the clearances of the plots and the selection of recycled materials that allow all obtaining certification LEED in all of them.
